Critique and Revision Loop

After receiving an AI-generated output, proactively ask the AI to critique its own work or suggest improvements based on specific criteria. This isn't just asking for 'better,' but guiding the AI to identify weaknesses and propose solutions. For instance, if the AI drafts a marketing email, you might follow up with, 'Review this email for clarity and conciseness. Are there any jargon terms that could be simplified? Suggest three alternative subject lines that increase open rates.' This turns the AI into a collaborative editor, pushing the quality beyond its initial draft.

In plain terms

Think of it as asking a first-draft writer, 'What parts of this story could be stronger, and how would you make them so?' rather than just 'Make it better.'

Why it matters

This method leverages the AI's analytical capabilities to self-improve, dramatically reducing your editing time and elevating the quality of the final output with minimal effort on your part.
