Delete your Daily Deck account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, and it takes about ten seconds.
In the app
- Open Daily Deck and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon, top right).
- Scroll to Your data.
- Choose Delete my account and type your email address to confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@dailydeckai.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days, usually the same week.
What gets deleted
Immediately and permanently: your account and email address, every deck generated for you, your saved cards and notes, your streak and reading history, quiz and review progress, your feedback, your share links, notification subscriptions, and your activity and session records. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.
What is kept, and why
Cards that were generated for you stay in our shared card library, with the link to you removed. That content is general writing about AI — it is not about you and contains nothing personal. Payment records held by Stripe are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires; that is Stripe's record of a transaction, not your Daily Deck account.
Before you go
Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to stop the emails, you do not need to delete anything — every digest has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can switch emails and reminders off in Settings.
