Transfer Learning
Transfer learning is when an AI model that has been trained for one task is then adapted for a different, but related, task. It's like a chef who learned to cook French cuisine then easily adapts to Italian because many techniques are similar. If a small business uses an AI to categorize customer feedback, that AI might have initially learned to understand general human language on a huge dataset, then 'transferred' that understanding to the specific task of classifying customer sentiment. This means the AI can perform well even with less specific data for your particular use case.
