Sber Launches GigaChat 3.5 Ultra as Open-Source AI
Sber, Russia's largest bank, has launched its flagship artificial intelligence model, GigaChat 3.5 Ultra, making it available as both a free assistant and an open-source tool for developers. This Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model, built with linear attention technology, excels in coding and mathematical problems, generates long-form text up to four times faster, and uses significantly fewer computing resources than its predecessor. It was trained on an expanded dataset of natural, human-generated texts.
GigaChat 3.5 Ultra provides a powerful, resource-efficient open-source AI model for a variety of tasks, including complex document analysis and agent-based assignments, increasing accessibility for developers and fostering innovation outside of major Western tech firms.
