PolyAI Introduces Dialog-RSN for Human-like Real-Time Voice Conversations
PolyAI has launched Dialog-RSN, a new real-time voice conversation model designed to make AI-driven calls more human-like. This model boasts a low latency of 280 to 500 milliseconds, reliably responding in under 300ms. In comparison, OpenAI GPT’s GPT-realtime-2.1 often takes between 860 and 1900ms to respond. This significant reduction in response time aims to create more natural and interactive conversational experiences with AI.
