NVIDIA Introduces Alpamayo 2 Super for Robotaxi Development
NVIDIA has launched Alpamayo 2 Super, a 32-billion-parameter reasoning vision language action (VLA) model designed to accelerate safe, level 4 robotaxi development. This model, part of the Alpamayo family, extends capabilities across the full driving stack for reasoning, planning, and acting. Alongside the model, NVIDIA also introduced AlpaGym for closed-loop reinforcement learning and OmniDreams for photorealistic AV scenario generation.
Alpamayo 2 Super represents a significant step towards more capable and safer autonomous vehicles, offering advanced reasoning and simulation tools to tackle complex driving scenarios. Its open approach allows developers to adapt the models to their own datasets and policies.
