MAI-Code-1.1-Flash Available in GitHub Copilot with Vision Support
Microsoft’s MAI-Code-1.1-Flash, a new small-tier coding model, is now rolling out in GitHub Copilot. This update includes native vision support for understanding images and offers improvements in coding quality, instruction following, and tool use. It also comes with a 73% lower list price than its predecessor, MAI-Code-1-Flash, making it a more cost-effective option for various coding workflows.
