Anthropic's Claude in Chrome Now Autonomous
Anthropic has made 'Claude in Chrome' generally available, enabling the AI assistant to autonomously take actions in the browser without requiring approval for every step. Claude can now read and type text, click links, navigate pages, and fill out forms using existing logins. A safety classifier validates each action to ensure it's safe and aligns with the user's request.
