Anthropic introduced 'Claude for Small Business', an add-on that integrates Claude's AI capabilities directly into popular tools like QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft 365. This package includes 15 ready-to-run agentic workflows and 15 skills for finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service. It allows small business owners to automate tasks such as payroll planning, monthly closes, and sales campaigns with user approval at each step.
